1. Delivery Area

We currently ship to almost all locations within India that are serviceable by our trusted logistics partners.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the order date.

  • Dispatch Confirmation: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please Note: The delivery timeframe is an estimate. While we prioritize speed and reliability, unforeseen factors like extreme weather, local logistics challenges, or high-volume sale periods may occasionally cause minor delays.

4.Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all domestic orders over Rs. 4000.

  • For orders below these thresholds, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number from our logistics partner. You can use this number to track the real-time status of your package.

6. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if you believe your shipment is lost, please contact us immediately at 11eleven.org@gmail.com so we can initiate an investigation with the courier.
